Number of homeless camps and needles in Kelowna out of control

They’re not obvious to onlookers, but the city of Kelowna says the number of homeless camps in the city is spiraling out of control. City staff also say the number of syringes they’re finding at these camps is exploding. As Kelly Hayes reports, most of the camps are being found along a local creek and the number of needles by-law officers are find there is shocking.
