A bizarre police pursuit in Los Angeles on Thursday included two burglary suspects doing donuts in the middle of Hollywood Blvd. With the roof of their convertible partially down, the suspects were seen standing up and hanging out of the vehicle and even interacting with members of the public. At one point, a TMZ tour bus appeared to block off the suspect vehicle. The suspects eventually stopped and it took several minutes before police arrived to arrest them.
