Vancouver’s monthly home sales top 5,000 for first time

Mon, Apr 4: The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver says there were nearly 5,200 residential sales in March. That’s the first time sales have topped 5,000, and as Ted Chernecki reports, the ripple effect of Metro Vancouver’s hot market has an impact on prices farther afield.
