Impact of Titanic still felt in Halifax 104 years later

The International Ice Patrol is an organization that was formed after over 1,500 lives were lost during the sinking of the Titanic. The detachment of the United States Coast Guard visited Halifax on special memorial mission. Alexa MacLean reports.
