March 30: Nova Scotia’s Finance Minister, Randy Delorey, delivered his pre-budget address to the Halifax Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday. But while he revealed the budget will be tabled on April 19, he offered no real details about what the budget will contain. Rebecca Lau reports.
