4 arrested, 4 charged in discovery of ‘unique’ drug tunnel between California, Mexico

Four people have been arrested, and four others charged, in connection with a “unique” cross-border drug tunnel between California and Mexico. Officials say the “entrance” of the tunnel is in a functioning Mexican restaurant and the “exit” of the tunnel was located in a living room of a newly-built home in California.
