Obama says human rights disagreements no reason not to engage with Cuba

US President Barack Obama laid out the list of countries with whom the US has deep disagreements, both politically and philosophically – but with whom the US does business diplomatically – saying punishing Cuba for those same disagreements is hypocritical.
