Obama says United States doesn’t want to ‘dictate’ to Cuba on democracy, human rights

President Obama stressed that the era of the United States “dictating” to Cuba on how they should handle the affairs of their nation has ended, and will be replaced by an era of cooperation and conversation, even as deep disagreements on policy and practice remain between the two nations.
