Sat, Mar 19: It’s been nearly ten years since Canadian Huseyin Celil was arrested and eventually sentenced to life in a Chinese prison on terrorism charges. The trial was controversial with allegations of serious human rights abuses. Supporters have continued to call on the Canadian government to take action. Despite unconfirmed reports of a sentence reduction in February – he isn’t much closer to freedom. Claude Adams reports.
