Wed, Mar 16: Two months ago a Toronto dog owner was out for a walk when a wheel-trans bus suddenly struck him, a hydro pole and the side of a building. It killed one of his dogs and left him seriously injured. Now, as Caryn Lieberman found out, the man is seeking answers and financial compensation.
