The lawyer for the unidentified 81-year-old man who is now allowed to have doctors help him die said “the fight is over.” The Supreme Court approved the man’s death, which is said to likely happen this weekend. The lawyer also spoke about the process and application fir allowing those who want to “avail themselves of [the] relief” by physician-assisted death.
