‘We do remain vigilant’: Canadian Forces recruitment centre

Richard Silva, the commanding officer of the Canadian Forces recruitment centre in Toronto, updated the public on the double-stabbing of two soldiers on March 14. Silva said that despite the attack, services will still be provided at the centre but employees will remain “vigilant.”
