Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders said Tuesday that 27-year-old Ayanle Hassan Ali has been charged with several criminal charges in an attack Monday that sent two Canadian military personnel to hospital, and police are coordinating with federal authorities to see if Ali will face terrorism charges.
