Liberal MP Mauril Bélanger became emotional, and even wiped away a few tears, after being congratulated by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Interim Conservative Leader Rona Ambrose on being made honorary Speaker of the House of Commons. Both party leaders even took the time to discuss ALS, which Bélanger was diagnosed with.
