March has snowy start in Ontario, Quebec

Wed, Mar 2: From Windsor to Ottawa, people in southern Ontario woke up to a blanket of snow today. That same system moved on to Quebec and parts of Atlantic Canada, leaving a mess on the roads and hundreds of cancelled flights.
