Tory aims to bring transit to Scarborough resident’s doorsteps

Toronto mayor John Tory outlined his vision for a new transit development strategy in Scarborough on Wednesday, saying his plan would increase the number of residents living 500 metres or less from a transit stop from 13,000 to 54,000.
