New proposed bill aims to close loopholes in Canadian Animal Protections act

Liberal MP Nathaniel Erskine-Smith spoke Tuesday about a private member’s bill he’s proposing to close loopholes in the Animal Protections Act, including banning shark fin imports, modernizing bestiality laws, and the trading of cat and dog fur.
