Province cracks down on B.C. animal abusers

Mon, Feb 22: The Premier says she is getting tough with animal abusers. Christy Clark announcing new measures today to protect cats and dogs in this province. It comes in the wake of two recent cases where SPCA officials raided a couple of local facilities and seized dozens of animals. Grace Ke has our top story.
