A lawyer for nine families of victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting said Monday that his clients are suing Remington, the maker of the guns used in both the Sandy Hook elementary and San Bernardino attacks, as a way to force gun-makers to stop making assault rifles available to the public.
