New first responder PTSD strategy covers multiple levels of law enforcement

Labour Minister Kevin Flynn introduced legislation that will see post-traumatic stress disorder included as a “presumptive” occupational illness for first responder, which will include police, fire fighters, paramedics, correctional workers, dispatchers, and First Nations responders.
