In an agreed statement of facts presented at the start of his trial Tuesday, Mark Lindsay admitted to killing Dana Turner in 2011. During the start of his murder trial, the Lindsay’s lawyer argued his client shouldn’t be held criminally responsible. Lindsay has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Fletcher Kent reports.
