Student led initiative aims to spread happiness to all on Valentine’s Day

There is lots of talk at this time of year about love and relationships, but what if you’re single this Valentine’s Day? It can be hard to stay positive, but a group of local students is hoping to bring some added happiness into people’s lives with an initiative they call Project Valentine’s Day.
