Tue, Feb 9: Tammy Goforth was found guilty of second degree murder in the 2012 death of a four year old girl in her care. Her husband Kevin was found guilty of manslaughter. Social Services’ role in the victim’s placement was questioned by the defence. And as David Baxter reports, while some changes have been made, Saskatchewan’s Children’s Advocate argues they haven’t gone far enough.
