On Tuesday, Premier Kathleen Wynne said the reason why she’s “working so hard in [the] byelection” of Whitby-Oshawa is because she believes Elizabeth Roy is the candidate to vote for. Wynne says Roy has deep roots in the community and understands the values and needs of the residents in the area.
