Mon, Feb 8: Halifax Regional Police are investigating after a man allegedly slid open the passenger door of the minivan he was in and three girls outside saw him masturbating. It happened at about 3:30 p.m. yesterday in Dartmouth. It’s one of a several recent incidents involving a man exposing himself or trying to luring a child into his car in and around the area. As Global’s Steve Silva reports, police officers are trying to get children there to be extra cautious.
