Vancouver mayor, infrastructure minister discuss funding flexibility, less restrictions for cities

Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson discussed the need of flexibility, or at least less restrictions, when it comes to funding for projects in big cities across Canada, including transit and housing. Infrastructure Minister Amarjeet Sohi said the government is trying to make the process of funding flexibility as easy as possible for municipalities.
