Wed, Feb 3: – After four days the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association, or SUMA, wrapped up their annual conference with the bear pit session. Delegates could ask the premier and cabinet ministers anything they want. As David Baxter reports, a couple of ongoing concerns made up much of the conversation.
