A Winnipeg man labelled a terror threat by law enforcement has agreed to a peace bond. Aaron Driver, 23, will have to abide by a number of conditions laid out in the peace bond or risk going to jail even though he’s never been charged with a crime. Global’s Sean Leslie reports.
