They’re big and yellow with flashing lights and yet some motorists refuse to acknowledge them. School District 23 in the Central Okanagan says drivers continue to ignore the rules of the road when it comes to stopping for school buses. Some motorists simply refuse to stop while others aren’t aware that they have to. Kelly Hayes reports.
