Lawyer: No Ghomeshi jury opens up ‘certain avenues’

Cindy Pom spoke with criminal defence lawyer Ari Goldkind in the moments leading up to Jian Ghomeshi’s arrival to open his trial. Goldkind explained it was unlikely Ghomeshi would receive the maximum sentence if convicted and that choosing to not have a jury could open up ‘certain avenues’.
