Fri, Jan 29: The Nova Scotia SPCA is investigating after two cats were found in a tied-up garbage bag in Dartmouth’s Shubie Park last week. The SPCA hopes people will step forward with information that can help figure out who did this. The cats survived and, as Global’s Steve Silva reports, that’s the just the beginning of the happy ending.
