The Codiac Regional RCMP is releasing a video on social media today in an effort to locate and arrest 20-year-old Marissa Shephard of Moncton, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder and arson.
Shephard is wanted in connection with the extremely violent murder of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie that happened on December 17, 2015. The video contains additional photos of Marissa Shephard that demonstrate how easily she can change her appearance.
