MaryAnn Mihychuk, Minister of Employment, introduced a new bill called “An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code, the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act, the Public Service Labour Relations Act and the Income Tax Act” to the House of Commons on Thursday, aimed at returning bargaining powers to public sector unions.
