Kelowna doing battle with some agri-tourism RV parks

Their intention was to help farmers supplement their income, but the city says some agri-tourism RV parks in Kelowna have become a headache. Global Okanagan has learned that a majority of RV parks located on farmland are under scrutiny for allegedly breaking the rules. But as Kelly Hayes reports, some of the operators say those rules don’t apply to them.
