Bill Williams, the U.S. attorney for Oregon, said seven of the eight people who have been arrested for occupying the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge will appear in court on Wednesday. Willaims also added the eight people in custody were “arrested for the federal felony offence of conspiracy to impede officers of the U.S. from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation or threats.”
