It’s that time of year when we all make resolutions to eat and live better. Celebrities aren’t immune to these resolutions – in fact, many of them advertise their own diet and exercise regimes. But are they really healthy? Tim Caulfield from the University of Alberta has done extensive research on celebrity diet trends, and joined the Morning News to share his findings.
