‘Cowardly act’: Toronto official gives update on fatal shooting of 70-year-old

Detective Jason Shankaran told media on Thursday the fatal shooting of a 70-year-old man by of a lone gunman was a “cowardly act.” Shankaran also said the unidentified shooter had an accomplice.
