Public hearing on North Street development

Residents gave a big thumbs down to a proposed residential development in Halifax at a public meeting Monday night. Initial building plans for the North Street building were rejected partially because municipal staff said it was too tall. The developer changed the plan and presented it again, but, as Steve Silva reports, this time, it was two storeys taller.
