NewLeaf CEO talks tickets being refunded to customers

NewLeaf CEO Jim Young said customers will be refunded 100 per cent of their payment within 72 hours. Young also talked about the “difficult decision” to halt flights until the Canadian Transportation Agency completed its review of the airline.
