Thu, Jan 14: It’s a legal fight that’s dragged on for 14 years – and now it’s heading back to court. The Supreme Court of Canada decided today it will hear an appeal by the BC Teachers’ Federation – in its ongoing battle with the provincial government over bargaining, class size and composition.
