Rescuers checking homes after Scotland flooding

Homes in Scotland were evacuated overnight on Thursday after the River Don burst its banks in Aberdeenshire following heavy rain. British broadcaster Sky News reported that local flood warnings were in place on Friday morning, and the extreme conditions had also caused major disruption to travel.
