Tue, Jan 5: Constable James Forcillo’s defence lawyers opened closing arguments on Tuesday by telling the court he is not guilty, and said Forcillo was justified in shooting Sammy Yatim after the teen pulled a knife inside a crowded streetcar in July 2013.
