Montreal business owners seeking class action against the city for homelessness issue

Some Montreal residents and business owners are furious about the way the city is handling the homelessness crisis. They claim little is being done and it is impacting business owners and affecting their quality of life. They were in court Tuesday seeking a class action suit against the city.
