Twenty people are facing more than 130 charges in connection with a massive auto theft ring operating out of Ontario, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) confirmed Wednesday. The investigation, dubbed “Project Chickadee,” officers recovered 306 stolen vehicles worth $25-million dollars in the operation – intercepting them at ports in Montreal, Halifax, and Vancouver.
