Brockville homeless shelter facing closure

Brockville’s Cooperative Care Centre is set to close at the end of the month, following a recent decision by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. The centre’s board has since submitted a request for funding to continue bare bones operations until the end of March as a last ditch effort to keep the facility floating through winter.
