Beer store strikes deal to keep collecting empties

Under a new deal, retailers selling beer and wine in Ontario will not have to collect empties in January as planned, the government confirms. Grocers had balked at the prospect of collecting empties. As Sean O’Shea reports, Beer Store locations will continue to receive empties at the retailers’ expense.
