Family identify boy recovered from Trent-Severn Waterway canal in Peterborough

Family has identified the boy who was pulled from the water of the Trent-Severn Waterway in Peterborough on Oct. 29th. A GoFundMe page has been established to support the family of Sylvan Brill whose body was found and removed from the water by two police officers. He was rushed to hopital. Family say the boy died that day.
