B.C. municipalities told there’s no more money for flood strategy following 2021 atmospheric river

It’s been nearly four years since an atmospheric river inundated parts of southern B.C., triggering devastating flooding and landslides. Promises were made to rebuild with greater flood mitigation in mind. But now local governments are being told the billions needed for a flood strategy are simply not there. Travis Prasad reports.
