Saint John Chamber of Commerce calling for support with economic impacts of homelessness

In Saint John, homelessness is no longer a social emergency – it’s an economic one with businesses dealing with break-ins, thefts and shrinking customer confidence. Now, the Chamber of Commerce is calling for urgent support form the city and province. Reeti Meenakshi Rohilla reports.
