John Carpay and Jay Cameron have been barred from practising law in Alberta and ordered to pay the Law Society of Alberta several thousand dollars each. In 2021, they hired a private investigator to survey Manitoba Justice Glenn Joyal, who was presiding over a case they were involved in. Skylar Peters reports.
